Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ciry AI (operated by GetLatest AI, referred to as "Ciry," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ciry AI is a scheduling platform that provides calendar integration, event management, availability checking, booking workflows, and multi-organization management. We help individuals and teams coordinate schedules efficiently.

When using Ciry AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not abuse the service (including spamming, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the platform)
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content or information you provide to the platform.

Ciry AI, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by GetLatest AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain full ownership of all content and data you create or upload to Ciry AI, including events, schedules, and organization information.

When you connect an external calendar provider, you authorize Ciry AI to access your calendar for availability checking (read) and booking creation (write). You may disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access.

Organization owners are responsible for managing their members and settings. Members may leave an organization at any time. Organization owners may remove members at their discretion.

If you use the Ciry AI API, your API keys are credentials and must be kept secure. Do not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used abusively or in violation of these terms.

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetLatest AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ciry AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
